Zyde & Co er et band som spiller Zydeco – Musikstilen opstod som en blanding af de hvide fransk creol talende og de sortes rythm and blues i Louisiana området og med de to instrumenter harmonika og zydeco rubberboard som vigtig element. Bandet har udgangspunkt i København.
Bandet består af:
Jesper JH Hansen – sang, zydeco rubboard, triangel og guitar
Mads Bolding – guitar og sang
Nete Sabber Jensen – bas og sang
Lasse Brandt – trommer
Kim Jezus – harmonika og sang
I slutningen af april udgaver Zyde & Co deres første album på vinyl, CD og digitale platforme. Albummet er indspillet i Sweet Silence Studios

Zyde & Co is a band, that plays Zydeco – The music style originated as
a mixture of the white French Creole speakers and the black rhythm and
blues in the Louisiana area and with the two instruments, accordion
and zydeco rubberboard as important elements. The band is based in
Copenhagen, Denmark.
Zyde & Co lives up to its name – they play both original Cajun and
Zydeco, and at the same time they can include some songs that give a
twist to the style. At the same time, Zyde & Co has also written their
own songs in the style.
At the end of April, Zyde & Co will release their first album on
vinyl, CD and digital platforms. The album was recorded at Sweet
Silence Studios
